Terms of Use

A MathWithMilo account is created and owned by a parent or guardian, who must be an adult. Children use the product only through child profiles created and managed by that parent — children do not create their own accounts.

Keeping the account's login credentials private, and for the accuracy of any information entered for a child profile (nickname, optional age/grade). A parent can add, edit, or archive child profiles at any time from the parent dashboard.

MathWithMilo is intended for personal, family use as a math learning tool. Attempting to disrupt the service, access another family's data, or use the product for any purpose other than its intended educational use is not permitted.

MathWithMilo, the Milo character, and all associated branding are the property of the product owner. A parent or child's own data (profile information, practice history) belongs to that family — see the Privacy Policy for how it's handled.

MathWithMilo is under active development. Features, pricing (if any is introduced), and availability may change. We'll make a reasonable effort to communicate significant changes, but the service is currently provided without uptime guarantees while in this stage.

The product is provided “as is” during this development stage, without warranties of any kind. This section, like the rest of this document, is a draft and will be finalized with proper legal language before public launch.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
